Our manufacturing unit infrastructure set up is as follows

1. Coating machine with working width of 1000 mm

2. Hot melt Adhesive Coating machine with working width of 500 mm

3. Ancillaries cutting , finishing and packaging machines.

Coating Job work
We do coating of Hot melt adhesive, acrylic adhesive, Rubber adhesive, etc., on PVC, HDPE, LDPE, and PE liner and Non woven fabric, etc.

Also, we cater for adhesive job work to the following industries like FIBC Bag mfg ( for HDPE / PP tape), agricultural industry ( for HDPE water pipe sealing), and Auto industry(coating on Non woven fabric and converting it into Sheet form and adhesive transfer foam), Foam Lamination, etc.
