At Presen Bontek, we specialize in a range of double faced/ sided adhesive tapes. Depending on application requirement, tapes are coated with Rubber based, Hotmelt based and Acrylic based adhesives. These tapes are used mainly for mounting and splicing purposes.

Double sided tissue tapes are widely used in paper industry for Splicing and Joint purpose.  Due to very low thickness, they also find application in making difficult to bond substrates self-adhesive.

Woven HDPE fabric tapes find application in packaging of Steel coils, bundling of Steel ropes, sealing of HDPE fabric and tarpaulins and manufacturing of F.I.B.C Bags. HDPE Tapes adhere well to many surfaces, provide strength and water resistance to packaging. These tapes can be customized for colour i.e. White, Blue, Black, Yellow and Grey. The tapes are also available without liner for ease of use and increase productivity.

Water proof fabric tapes are based on cotton fabric and find application in motor winding industry, wire harness textile printing and moisture proof barrels sealing. They are available in White and Black Colour.

Self Adhesive Paper Tapes

Self adhesive paper tapes have been developed with growing environmental concerns around use of single use plastic. Compared to commonly used BoPP tapes, Self adhesive paper tapes are manufactured using recycled paper. This makes it a compelling and viable option for carton sealing application. The specialized adhesive coating ensures adequate bonding even on laminated and un-laminated cartons. Tapes can be printed upon for increased brand visibility and promotion.

Adhesive transfer tapes have been developed as an alternative to Double sided tissue tapes. These are manufactured from accurately doctored release liners and find application in foam and non-woven sheets industry that are used in White Goods, Automobile, Insulation industry. These tapes can also be used for joint-purpose in paper industry. The tapes can be manufactured in paper as well as polymer film-based liners.

Aluminum foil tapes find application in air-conditioning and refrigeration for sealing ducts and coil wrapping. They are easy to use and the soft nature of foil allows for confirmation to curved surfaces. They also find application in high duty masking and splicing.

PET based bi-axially oriented glass fiber backed tapes are excellent at bundling and in packaging industry. The reinforced backing provides high strength as well as abrasion resistance. These tapes are an established option for holding of heavy-duty equipment and appliances during transit.
